Is there a minimum amount that I have to order?
No. You may order any amount of products you wish. No minimum order is required, including custom or personalized items.

Do prices include embroidery?
Yes. Shammy H20 has a large variety of stock designs you may choose from-free of charge. You may also choose to have a customized or personalized product up to 8000 stitches free of charge. Anything over 8000 stitches will have a rate attached(see below).

Customized items are subject to a set up, taping or digitizing fee for first time orders only of that design. Any reorders of that design are free of those fees.

How do I place a customized order?
1. Choose items you would like to order.
2. Add to shopping cart--Give any special instructions and email your design to: shammyh20@verizon.net
3. You will be able to pay in full for personalized items or stock designs through PayPal(you do not need an account). If you are choosing a custom order, please select "Verify Email For Custom Orders" as means of payment.
You will receive an email within 5 days asking you to approve your design. If you do not approve of the design , please make necessary changes and reply. If you do approve, simply intial and reply.
Shammy H2o will send a request of a 50% deposit through PayPal to officially place the order. Please pay the bill and production will start.
4. The other 50% plus shipping will be billed to the same credit card you supplied at the time of ordering. That credit card will be charged at the time of delivery or shipping.

Do you allow returns?
Shammy H20 will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective  product. Meaning manufacturer defects. We will not except any custom or personalized products to be returned unless it is a mistake on our part.  On the rare occasion you should receive a defective product, we require that you submit your written claim of defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "defect" or "defective" means a manufacturing error.

What are my options for shipping?
Shammy H20 generally uses UPS and USPS. We Do Not Ship outside the United States. You be able to choose shipment options at check out. Shammy H20 has the right to choose a different carrier in order to guarantee the safety and time factor of your order. If you prefer to use a different shipping company,  you will need to call us to make those arrangements.
We do not accept International orders at this time.

How soon will I receive my order?
 Once we have obtained your approval on your design and received your 50% deposit described above, we will produce your order within the following time frames:
Shammy H20 usually has all orders produced and shipped within 14 days or less from placement of your order. Please note that the delivery times are only estimates, and cannot be guaranteed. Packaging may vary from that shown. If there should be a back order of a product you ordered or any other like problems, you will be notified immediately and will be given options on how to proceed with your order.
Large or specialty orders may require additional production time. Replacement orders are subject to the same production time frames (as set forth above) as the original order.
Shammy H20 goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Colors may not be exact due to different setting and clarity of individual computers. We cannot guarantee that the color shown will accurately reflect the color upon delivery.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Cancellations and changes must be made within 24 hours of orders placed. Once production has started we will not accept any cancellations or changes.

How do I send my design and what file formats do you except?
As with every part of the digitizing process, the better the artwork, the better the final product.
All we really need is a relatively clear image with the color separations. We do not accept rough artwork.

We except several file formats such as-.eps or .ai (preferred), .jpg, .tif, .gif, .bmp, .pcx, .png, .dxf, .emf, .wmf, .pdf, .cdr, .psd
We also accept vector format artwork such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, .wmf, ect. If you send us in CorelDraw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai), please be sure to convert the artwork from text to curves first.
After we receive your design, it will take about 4 days to convert your design over to embroidery format. When finished, we will email you with the final proof for you to approve or to make any changes to.
